Jasmin aka Hiitmama has been into fitness and health since 2012. Born in the Philippines but raised in Virginia Beach, VA, Jasmin is of Afro-Asian descent, lover of all things chocolate, and binge watches documentaries every week. She graduated from Old Dominion Universitys with a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising in 2009. She left the world of fashion in 2021 to pursue her love of fitness FT but has been coaching clients since 2018. She recieved her Personal Training Certification through The National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2019. She is a mom of 2 boys and enjoys adventure, spending time with family, and learning about health and fitness.
