Whether you’re training in person or leveling up virtually, our customized programs are designed for women ready to build strength, burn fat, and align their mind-body-soul.

$75 / 45-minute session

Train 1-on-1 with Jasmin for a results-driven, high-energy experience customized to your goals and body type. Client must commit to 12 weeks of training and train at least 2x/ week.

    • Hormone-aware workouts (cycle syncing included upon request)

      VIP upgrade options available: Add reiki (energy healing) and/or Columbian wood therapy sessions to your coaching package at a discounted rate once you sign up for fitness coaching.


       

      Online Coaching (Virtual Program)

      $250/ month

      Ideal for women who want guidance, structure, and accountability without needing to meet in person. Our most flexible, holistic solution.
